  • Match the person’s ability whether he is fit for the delegation.
  • After all, prepare a do’s and don’ts list of all activities to be assigned.

When you delegate tasks and responsibilities to someone, keep records of all the tasks requirements that must be written. It reduces all discrepancies and misunderstandings among the employees.

This works nicely as it has proven what to do in the next. No one can deny the responsibilities even the deadlines. While preparing the documentation, do not expect perfection in the beginning, allow them to grow, train them if needed.
